Too many people don't really think about what they are going to say before they say it. I have been guilty over the years of hearing something come out of my mouth that I was thinking, but not wishing to say.
The other day I was thinking, and I said something I shouldn't have... and I regretted it.
So I am going to make an effort to not say something until I have thought it through!!
Good advice no?
