I love Family Night...

Last night was family night, as much as it could be with Mom gone. Just me and the kids, making dinner (baked Ziti with Parmesan French Bread and Salad), a movie (Hunt for Red October) and fun and games. There is nothing better than sitting around doing nothing with people you love. And that is what I thought we were doing, nothing!! But in retrospect, we were doing a lot more than that. We were bonding as a family, explaining the intricities of submarine warfare to Camry (she had not yet seen it and her little brothers are both experts now since they have seen it twice), trying to figure out what kind of desert to have and getting done in time to be in bed before Mom gets home. All in all, it was a good night!
